Sudhir Kumar, former secretary of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC), has given a written complaint to the SCST police station in Patna alleging forgery, false documents and false evidence. The Bihar government and several IPS officers have been accused of being implicated.

Who is IAS Sudhir Kumar
